DESCRIPTION:“Fifth and Clark Fridays” concert series is BACK for fall 2024!\nThe Sept. 13 event features two extremely talented groups. Ella and Alex are an acoustic duo featuring Ella Voloshen and Alex Flesher. Ella has performed with local acts Eleven Moons and The Mourning Belles. Alex is also a member of the bluegrass/folk quartet Flash in a Pan. Ben Schrag and The Cautionaries are sweet, sad, and just a little rambunctious. This group is a four-piece acoustic band from Ames. Schrag’s songwriting has received national awards from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. Other band members are Cal Rebhuhn, Jim McNamara, and Sara Goplin.\n
