Kruck Plumbing & Heating, a company that has been serving the needs of the local community in Central Iowa since 1941, has opened a new facility along Highway 30 in Boone.
“As an organization we are excited about the opportunities that will come with this new facility,” said Chad Houston, President of Kruck Plumbing & Heating. “Relocating our fabrication and warehouse operations to this new building allows us to streamline many of our processes and increase efficiencies. These enhancements will allow us to continue to provide outstanding service to our customers across Central Iowa. While we will have moved a portion of our operations to the new facility, we are maintaining our downtown headquarters in the heart of Boone.”
The brand new, 37,000 square foot facility will be home to Kruck Plumbing & Heating’s prefab shop and warehouse. The facility is located to the north of Highway 30 and just west of Highway 17. The building is next to the Farm Progress Show Fairgrounds to the south. This addition will allow the company to consolidate from multiple buildings into one location.
“We at the Boone County Economic Growth Corporation are very pleased that KPH has made such a sound investment in Boone County,” said Nate Nerem, President of the BCEGC. “Not only are we proud of their new building, but with the leadership they provide in committing to working and creating jobs in Boone.”
