The Ames Regional Economic Alliance is excited to welcome Baylie Janssen to the team as the new Client Services Coordinator.
“We are pleased to welcome Baylie to the Alliance team,” said Dan Culhane, President & CEO of the Ames Regional Economic Alliance. “Her experience working directly with students, families, and clients has prepared her well for this role supporting our Alliance members and investors.”
As the Client Services Coordinator, Janssen will be responsible for having effective and professional interactions with all of our members, investors, and the general public. Her duties will also include assisting with event registration, scheduling meeting rooms, and providing excellent customer service to our members and guests.
Prior to joining the Ames Regional Economic Alliance, Janssen served as an Admission Ambassador at Central College and was a Youth Development Professional with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Story County during the summer months. Janssen is from Story City and graduated from Central College with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in sociology.
Janssen shares, “I’m really looking forward to meeting new people and helping local communities thrive.”
