As a member benefit, you will receive advance notice of upcoming events through our weekly emails. If you are not currently receiving these communications, please call or email Baylie to ensure your profile information is up to date.
We do not issue physical tickets for events. For events that require registration, we ask that you preregister in advance, as many events sell out. Complimentary events may be open to all without registration.
If registration is required, you will receive a confirmation email upon registering and a reminder email prior to the event. Upon arrival, simply check in at the registration area, where a name badge will be prepared for you.
Please add registrations@amesalliance.com to your safe sender list and check your email’s junk or spam folder. If you still do not receive the emails, contact Baylie and include the event name and the email address used to register.
We strive to host events in accessible venues whenever possible. Event registration forms include an option for attendees to request accommodations. If you have questions or need to request accommodations, please contact Sarah prior to the event.
Refunds are available up to five (5) business days before the event. If you need to cancel within five business days of the event, you may transfer your registration to another guest.
Member pricing is reserved exclusively for members. Some events may offer limited guest options or ticket bundles, as noted on the event webpage.
To access member pricing, please contact Baylie with your name, company, and the email address you are using to register. Our team will assist in updating your account.
Yes, your confirmation email includes a receipt. If you need an additional copy, you may download one through the member portal or contact us to request that it be resent.
The Ames Regional Economic Alliance may photograph or record video at events for use in marketing materials, social media, and on our website. By registering for and attending an event, you grant permission for the Alliance to use any images or recordings in which you may appear.
Not all events are recorded; however, select signature events may be. Recorded events can be viewed on YouTube page.
