Community leaders, residents, and project partners gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking of Phase 1 of Southside Estates, a new residential subdivision by Keystone Equity Group LLC, in partnership with the City of Roland.
Phase 1 of the development will include 18 residential lots as part of the project’s planned 54 total lots aimed at expanding housing opportunities and supporting continued community growth.
The new development represents an investment in the future of the community by creating additional housing options for families and residents while encouraging long-term economic growth.
Home construction is expected to begin this month.
