The Ames Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Commission is excited to welcome Ronnie Olson to the team as the new Client Services Coordinator.
“We are very excited to have Ronnie join our team,” said Dan Culhane, President & CEO of the Ames Chamber of Commerce. “It is easy to see the passion that Ronnie has for our community. Her role in FUEL Young Professionals, our ambassador program, and other volunteering efforts prove that to be true. Having those experiences will help her hit the ground running as an official member of our team.”
As the Client Services Coordinator, Olson will be responsible for having effective and professional interactions with all of our members, investors, and the general public. Her duties will also include assisting with event registration, scheduling meeting rooms, and providing excellent customer service to our members and guests.
Prior to joining the Ames Chamber of Commerce, Olson recently worked at TS Bank in Ames as a Universal Banker. Before that, Olson worked as a manager at several Bath and Body Works locations around Central Iowa for three years after graduating from DMACC in Ankeny.
“I am extremely grateful for the chance to make a positive impact in my new role as Client Service Coordinator at the Ames Chamber of Commerce,” said Olson. “The Ames region has been home for my entire life, and I look forward to being more involved in this wonderful community.”
Olson began her position on May 6th and can be reached at ronnie@ameschamber.com.
