Join me for a dynamic session designed to shift your perspective. Drawing from personal experience, I’ll show you that joy isn’t a passive pursuit—it’s a deliberate choice. My journey from near exhaustion years ago taught me to actively seek joy with my husband, crafting a life where joy fills every corner.
In this scenario-based presentation, we’ll explore the science behind joy and practical strategies to integrate it into your daily life. From mindset shifts to overcoming barriers, you’ll leave equipped with actionable insights and challenges that promise to transform both your professional and personal spheres.
