The Ames Regional Economic Alliance is excited to welcome Katlyn Mock to the team as the new Client Services Coordinator.
“Katlyn will be a great addition to our team,” said Dan Culhane, President & CEO of the Ames Regional Economic Alliance. “Katlyn’s background in hospitality, communications, and customer service will provide her with a great set of skills in her role as she interacts with our Alliance members and investors.”
As the Client Services Coordinator, Mock will be responsible for having effective and professional interactions with all of our members, investors, and the general public. Her duties will also include assisting with event registration, scheduling meeting rooms, and providing excellent customer service to our members and guests.
Prior to joining the Ames Regional Economic Alliance, Mock recently worked at Midwest Pano, where she held several positions – Senior Sales Executive, Senior Communications Specialist, and Director of Communications. Mock is a native from Chicago, Illinois, but made the move to Ames to attend Iowa State University, graduating in 2021.
“I am grateful and excited to grow as the Client Services Coordinator at the Ames Regional Economic Alliance”, said Mock. “Working with people is my passion and I couldn’t imagine a better position to show it. Ames has been my home for over 7 years now and I can’t wait to continue serving the community.”
