About the Presenter
Abbey Gilroy – Coterie Real Estate
Abbey began her career in project management and construction administration before expanding into real estate development, brokerage, and investment. Throughout her career, she has acquired, structured, financed, and developed more than $85 million in multifamily and retail projects.
Her experience includes site selection, acquisition negotiations, due diligence, development team management, municipal entitlements, financial sourcing, tax credits, incentive negotiations, construction management, property management, and divestiture.
Abbey is also known for the strong relationships she has built with peers, community leaders, and elected officials, allowing her to help clients navigate the many processes involved in successful real estate development and investment.
