TIF Informational Meeting

The Ames Regional Economic Alliance invites community leaders, local officials, business professionals, lenders, developers, and anyone interested in economic development to attend a free Tax Increment Financing (TIF) informational meeting this August.

Presented by John Danos, this session will provide an overview of recent changes to Iowa’s TIF law, explain how the updates may impact communities and development projects, and offer practical insights into using TIF as an economic development tool.
